500 Days of Summer

Numerous movies pass by are produced that leave little to no impression on me. But some movies have special meanings. <500 Days of summer> is one of those movies. This movie healed me when I was having separation anxiety. I watched this movie every time I got a “Dear John” letter. Tom, the protagonist, is a common man. He believes somebody will love him and change his whole life. One day, he met Summer, his boss’s secretary. He realized Summer was made for him. He fell in love with her immediately. However, they decided to remain friends because Summer did not want to be fenced in by anyone. Moreover, she never believed in any kind of love. Summer thought she did not have enough love to take responsibility for a relationship with Tom. But Tom was loving her more and more. There’s nothing more sad than unrequited love. Seeing this movie, I understand that it's hard to accept we can’t change a person’s mind. “To love a woman means I love and respect what she loves.” I strongly recommend watching this movie to everyone who is in love and who will fall in love. This movie seems like an ordinary love story, but it connotes the essence of every extraordinary love story.
