the most precious thing is in the most closet place

<Please Look After Mom> begin with the words, “for a week, we lost mom." With mom gone, a family feels, guilty for taking this mother’s unconditional love for granted. Surprisingly, the missing mother doesn’t appear in text. The story ends by suggesting the missing mother might be somewhere else. There is still hope. A mother’s unconditional love rarely shines, is often invisible, but very precious. We tend to forget that mothers have had their childhoods, glitter dreams, and precious youth. She is one with feelings; not an object. After reading this story, I was deeply moved. According to one book review, "A story about the sin of all offspring in the world." Something familiar, like the presence of a mother, is something very special indeed.
