   Have a Rest and Take Care of Yourself

          

   Today is the time of rapid changes, and we can feel a little out of joint. People are working around the clock and they do not know how their days have passed. Diligence is a warrant of success; however, individuals take too much for granted that hard work without resting is good in this society. People are busy stepping forward because they are treated as a failure if they stop. However, resting is a significant driving force and recharging yourself is as important as working hard.

  "Working without proper resting will lead you to a successful life because we have no time for relaxation." There are a few reasons for this misconception, such as intense competition and youth unemployment in our society. People are struggling to have better scores, get more licenses and experiences that can help to achieve one's goal. It is necessary to have a sense of purpose and walk forward to grab it; though, resting is also essential to keep your physical and mental health because we are not batteries that are always 100% charged.

  Healthy resting helps us in several aspects of life. The most obvious effect is that taking a break gives a fresh impetus for working, studying and challenging ourselves because one recharges energy from it. Hence, there is no doubt in saying that combing work with regular rest brings about positive long-term effect. Besides, resting gives us a chance to think about the past and plan for the future. Sometimes, we need to look back and try to improve from the failures of the past. From that, it is possible to make an enhanced plan for the future.

  "I still need more healthy rest in order to work at my best. My health is the main capital I have and I want to administer it intelligently," is a quote from Ernest Hemingway who was an American author. This quotation shows the importance of rest and health. People, especially university students, need to think about themselves and keep challenging themselves in order to find their way through the world. Therefore, we should know the time to stop and relax in order to progress in the long-term.
