   These lyrics are parts of the song “Carry that weight” by the Beatles. These lyrics means to me is that the decisions you made in life are your own and you have to take responsibility for them. You can't run away from the choices you made in the past. I felt keenly the meaning of this song for the past year. The weight of taking responsibility for something was very heavy. Last year, I was inaugurated as editor-in-chief of the Chungdae Post. Though I was unwilling to be an editor-in-chief, I was full with confidence about managing the Chungdae Post. I thought I’m good enough to be a leader. However, the reality was harsh. Managing a group was not easy as I expected. Being a member of the group and a leader of the group was quiet different. Personally, as just a member of the group, I think I did my job well. It was easy because I did not have to decide something important. I just did what I was ordered by my boss.

   I’m very sorry for my crews that I was not a good leader and I’m also sorry for the readers that I did not perform a role as an editor-in-chief.
