A lecture entitled <A Viewpoint about Technical Innovation> from Korea University's professor Choe Yeong-rak was held in the lecture room 603 of the Graduate School of Green Energy Technology at 5p.m. on September 29th. The lecture lasted for one hour. The most impressive scene was the question and answer period after the lecture. Five or six students questioned what they couldn't understand during the lecture. The professor provided sincere answers with a combination of concrete examples and technical knowledge. 
    In this Autumn, the Graduate School of Green Energy Technology of Chungnam National University is drawing attention thanks to CEO/CTO Invitation Lecture Series of Green Energy Fusion Technology.  

 
    "These lectures are held for enabling our university's students to easily understand about Green Energy Technology through many experts and CEO/CTO. In addition, it might help you to gather diverse information and map out your career path." Han Moon-hui, the director of the Graduate School of Green Energy Technology, said. 
    <2011 CEO/CTO Invitation Lecture of Green Energy Fusion Technology> will progress from September 20th to December 1st with 10 speakers on the roster. Lectures will take place once a week of about 4 or 5 p.m. on Tuesday or Thursdays. These lectures will cover practical topics in various fields including <The Greate and Use of Intellectual Property>, <Korean Economy and Energy Resources Po1icy>, <The Spread of Green Energy Technology Culture, etc. You can get more derailed information about the lectures at http://greentech.cnu.ac.kr.

 

What is the Graduate School of Green Energy Technology? 

 

    The Graduate School of Green Energy Technology was established in March 2010 out of the spirit of cooperation between Korean Energy Technology researchers, and Korean Nuclear Energy Researcher in the Green Energy field. 
    "Green Energy is receiving more and more attention in modern society. It aims of the development of high skilled manpower. To achieve this goal, our graduate school launched a jointresearch project with neighboring research companies, Providing a series of lectures to train top-level human resources personnel and enable students to enter major industry companies right after graduation," said the director Han Moon-hui. 
    Meanwhile, the Graduate School of Green Energy Technology has recruited students throughout this October. The director said, "we choose students on the basis of credit and as individual interview." And he continued, "we hope you know that the Graduate School of Green Energy Technology is thc first of its kind in Korea. So, we are seeking more attention from you," he added.
