In my opinion, the commercial presence of companies such as Pan Dorothy cafe and Kyobo Bookstore on campus has positive effects.Above all, students have access to good facilities. To be more specific, if a company is selected through proper bidding process, better services for students will be guaranteed. It can offer quality services that the university can't provide through fundraising. The Kyobo book store is a good example. I'm not quite sure whether all companies located on campus are providing quality services. As far as I can say, to meet student demand, companies tend to show better performance than universities.
Second, students can study more effectively in comfortable facilities provided by companies. If there is book cafe on campus, students stay on campus. I believe both coffee shops and book cafes will be beneficial to students.
