I met Shin Jae-min-the manager of Corporation Responsibility Team in Hyundai Automobile Company. He is in charge of "The Happy Move Global Youth Volunteers" program. Mr. Shin is very famous for inventing the catchphrase, 'I say Happy. You say Move.' During Volunteer orientation, he shouted repeatedly this catchphrase. Let's listen to his sincere voice together. please listen up!

1. What made you initiate 'Happy Move'?
Companies realized profit alone would not last forever. So, they began to concentrate energies on building and managing social responsibility. However, some shareholders were not happy with this change; as it might lead to a decrease in dividends. Others said in the long run present activities will be advantageous in many ways.

2. So are you going to pursue a social enterprise?
No, Social enterprise and social contribution activities are two different things. One of the Move Projects, Easy Move was established for the social enterprise that separated from Hyundai Automobile Company for the disabled.

3. Are there any difficulties?
It seems that it is not simple matter to manage such a huge project. I met other Corporate Social Responsibility Team managers. They said that 'Happy Move' is targeted for 500 young and energetic students. They said that there are some difficulties financial need. This program demands a lot of money. But, Hyundai made it all possible.

4. While you have been campaigning 'Happy Move' for years, were any extremely there special events for you?
Yes. Suddenly, we could not go to Egypt where political situation is now volatile. Due to a sudden change of location and schedule, all students did volunteer work. Also, I can not forget the night that I spent in India. After cultural performances were over, People hung out together and danced round in a circle. That was really amazing! This memory is still strongly remains in my mind.
