<The Administration>

★ CP : Why do you think CNU should be incorporated?
    - "We aim to be listed among the top 100 universities in the world. To achieve that goal, we absolutely need to locate financial resources and strive to secure an outstanding workforce. So incorporation is the best way at this moment in time."

★ CP : Do you know the results of the survey by a council of professors?
    - "Of course I know, but I can't trust it. There were questions leading to negative perspectives."

★ CP : There has been little gathering of student opinions so far.
     -"As students don't know very much about incorporation. They need to understand it better. So we are preparing lectures, and later, we will hold a public hearing and carry out a survey."

★ CP : The administration took criticism that it proceeded too quickly.
     - "The plan, as yet, has only existed in embryonic form. We promised that we would reschedule the project and collect opinions."

<Faculty Council>

★ CP : Where does the Faculty Council stand on incorporation?
     - "They are as the survey results say. In my personal opinion, I was disappointed at the way the Administration proceeded."

★ CP : Then, how do you think it should be done?
     -"Pushing Policies unilaterally can never be done. The preparatory committee must do enough exam marion and study before proceeding to incorporate."

★ CP : Did you receive the reply containing the results of the survey from the administration?
     - "Notyet." (This interview was conducted on July 1st when they were supposed to receive a reply. They asked for a reply by that day.)

<The council of Students>

★ CP : What does the council o-f students think about incorporation?
     - "it's unwelcome"

★ CP : The administration, Professors' council and students' council didn't show any particular movement.
     - "We admit our mistake. We are going to prepare a countermeasure during the summer vacation.'

★ CP : Then, how will you get ready?
     - "We are trying to meet both the representative of the administration and the professors' council. We have a plan to hold a representatives' convention next semester."
