Song Yong-ho, President of CNU, visited the Czech Republic and Hungary from June 26 to July 3. He signed on accord for academic cooperation and exchange student program. CNU signed on agreements with Czech University of Life Sciences Prague(CULS), Academy of Performing Arts in Prague(AMU) and Budapest University of Technology and Economics(BME).
    On June 28, Song visited CULS and met with Jiri Balik, president of CULS. As a result of agreement, CNU can exchange five students with CULS. CULS was established in I906 and pined in ELLS(Euroleague for Life Sciences), which is a network of leading universities cooperating m the field Life Sciences.
    On June 29, he visited AMU and signed on an agreement with Misloslav Klima, president of AMU. CNU will be able to exchange five students with AMU every year. And CNU expect co brisk academic exchange in the fields of Dance and Music. AMU was established in I945. AMU has been received die good reputation and especially HAMU(Music Faculty) is famous highest-quality curriculum in Europe.
    On July I, he visited BME and signed on an agreement. BME was established in I782 and oldest school in the field of Sciences and Economics. Four Nobel Prize winners graduated of MBE. 'Through agreement, CNU Plans to have great academic exchanges in the fields of Science Economics.
    Song said, "Through agreements on academic cooperation with universities in the Czech Republic and Hungary, could extend exchange and cooperation program. In addition, I will make efforts tn help students work at domestic companies located in Eastern Europe."
