- Provisional Election
Pink, yellow and blue colors flooded the campus. "Spotlight" was pink, "Twenty Thousand On" was yellow, "Fly" was blue; each campaign team canvassed competitively, wandering the campus and giving out printed material.

- Policy Consideration
A Policy forum was held on November 5th. The most significant pledge was on tuition. Despite Chungdaites' unified efforts, tuition fees rise every year. Therefore, Chungdaites analyzed how each team plans to combat rising tuition fees. "Spotlight" said that they would prevent a rise in tuition fees through founding a tuition research center and making a university council. "Fly" said that they would fight a rise in tuition fees through more scholarships and through an extreme legal campaign. However, "Twenty Thousand On" didn't come up with any method to deal with rising tuition fees, which was regretful.
"Twenty Thousand On" aimed to extend the period during which students may withdrawal from courses, but "Fly" did not present any speciial proposals.

- The Final Selection
The official counting of the votes began at 10:30 p.m. From a total of 19 electorate groups, 9,624 Chungdaites voted; the voting rate was 56.1%. Chungdaites chose "Spotlight," which received 45.6% of the votes, with Yoon Hae-gang elected as the president of the 40th GSA, and Song Sang-woo elected as vice-president. Yoon Hae-gang said, "We will strive to create a mutual understanding between the GSA and CNU students. Thank you for selecting us." Students do not want authooritarianism but a real student's association which functions at the same level as Chungdaites. CP expects "Spotlight" to serve the students as their voice and listen earnestly to them.
